Smart Client: Composite UI Application Block Hands On Labs

I have just started playing around with the Composite UI Application Block Hands On Labs from the Microsoft Patterns & Practices Team. They have done a great job on this Application Block, and these labs are very well put together.

If you are doing smart client applications I suggest grabbing the labs. It is a quick way to get up speed on the Block.
