We have added a new download to the Software Process Engineering site. WAE ASPX Patterns. They are UML patterns created using SPARX Enterprise Architect (EA) and they are indented to be used with the Web Application Extension (WAE) UML Profile.

The Web Application Extension is covered in this book. The author, Jim Conallen, also has a paper posted here on the WAE.

SPARX has the WAE profile available for free download from this page.

The download includes the following files:

HelloWAEPatterns.eap- A start up project used to show some of the features in the WAE ASPX Patterns Readme.doc.

WAE ASPX Patterns Readme.doc- How to get started and an overview of the features.

ASPXWebform.xml- A pattern to generate an ASPX webform. This is explained in greater detail in the WAE ASPX Patterns Readme.doc, and there is a screenshot below.

UserControl.xml- A pattern to generate a user control. This is explained in greater detail in the WAE ASPX Patterns Readme.doc, and there is a screenshot below.

Frameset.xml- A pattern to generate a frameset. This is explained in greater detail in the WAE ASPX Patterns Readme.doc, and there is a screenshot below.
